Meet Mark and Karen Vojtek. They are the owners of a fabulous secret in Tempe. In May of 2011 local businesses and customers successfully completed an extreme makeover, a project titled Saving Marks Café. The makeover gave this family-owned restaurant a new start; complete with a new name and new brand. After closing the doors for nine days of their old café, Culinary Solutions, the café owners Mark and Karen Vojtek re-opened as Marks Café.
Mark’s Café has been preparing gourmet meals for our community for over ten years. Each visit to Marks Café you will savor a gourmet meal prepared personally by Chef Mark Vojtek, an executive chef with over 30 years experience working throughout the finest establishments in New England.
Mark’s Cafe is located on the corner of Rural Rd & Guadalupe Rd. We are open weekly, Wednesday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for breakfast and lunch. All meal portions are impressive, and Chef Mark uses only high-quality ingredients.

All the delicious, tantalizing meals on our menu are prepared by Chef Mark Vojtek, who graduated from Johnson & Wales Culinary School in 1978 and has over 30 years experience as en executive Chef specializing in Nouveau Cuisine. We offer a wide variety of choices for your event; however this list is certainly not all inclusive. If you dont see something you enjoy or would like to have more of a selection please ask. Just about anything is available. Many of the sauce on the hot dishes are interchangeable. If you have certain preferences with regard to spices, etc., please talk to the chef. Remember, whatever your needs, we have a solution!

Chef Mark comes to your home and shows you how to prepare home made gourmet dishes while sharing tools and ideas you can use everyday (such as various cutting techniques and cooking methods). Chef Mark will give you personal hands-on training as you create a gourmet meal that unfolds before your eyes.
Then the best part of all: eating your creations! And you even get a copy of all the recipes so you can make wonderful meals in your own kitchen. Impress your loved ones with new tickets in the kitchen!
